Rule 46
Evaluation of seniority
: (1) When giving seniority points to armed police personnel, a maximum of twenty points will be given at the rate of one ten times five points for each year of service in the currently held rank or level.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when calculating the points for seniority for a period of less than one year, it should be calculated from Damasahi.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), in the case of armed police personnel who have been removed from service and reinstated for any reason, no seniority points will be given for the period of absence.
